Each of our territory reps has been given a company Zoom account with unlimited minutes. So you will be able to meet for as long as you like in total safety and at times which suits you and your specific business needs. You can even book an evening session.
Q. HOW QUICKLY ARE YOU ABLE TO DISPATCH ORDERS?
Because our Distribution Centre has remained operation throughout the lockdown period, we are still offering great dispatch times on in-stock items. Currently we are operating a 2-3 day lead time on orders.
Q. I’M UNSURE ABOUT VISITING YOUR SHOWROOMS. ARE YOU OPEN? AND HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY SAFETY OR THE SAFETY OF MY TEAM?
We have re-opened our showroom on a by appointment only basis. Our entire building has been re-worked to uphold the highest hygiene and most up-to-date safety standards. You will be provided with PPE on arrival and hand sanitiser stations are located all around the building. We also have minimal staff in the building to ensure social distancing is strictly adhered to. You will still be treated to a complimentary lunch and refreshments!
Q. I DON’T HAVE THE TIME TO SPEND AWAY FROM THE BUSINESS VISITING SHOWROOMS, SO HOW DO I VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS?
You can view all of our products online, along with our digital catalogues, which are available for most brands. We are working on generating our 360-degree virtual showroom too so you can take an online tour and even place orders as you browse. And our digital catalogues will soon enable you to shop as your browse as well.
Q. WILL YOU HAVE ANY NEW PRODUCTS FOR US? OR HAS LOCK-DOWN PREVENTED DEVELOPMENT?
Our Product Development team has been working on newness throughout the lock-down period. We’re delighted to be introducing over 700 new products for AW20. And we also have some exciting collections & products arriving into stock for the first time NOW.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR STOCK LEVELS LIKE?
We have great levels of stock on thousands of best sellers and new collections. And you can check stock on our website if you are looking for something specific.

Q. CASH IS TIGHT SO I CANNOT PLACE HUGE ORDERS AT THE MOMENT. CAN I STILL GET PRODUCTS?
If you are an existing customer there is no minimum spend and over 90% of products are available in singles. So you can place smaller top-up orders whenever you like.
Q. HOW CAN I SEE YOUR NEW AUTUMN PRODUCTS?
We are running an extensive multi-channel product launch programme to support our "Look on The Brightside" autumn launch. We have digital events planned with interactive digital content, however its a great opportunity to come to see one of our new showroom events. Back orders are run every 10 days. Usually back order will be release if £150 or more in stock

Q. CAN I ORDER IN SINGLE QUANTITIES?
Items under £5 have a minimum order quantity of 2 and some of our lines have to be bought in Multi’s but the majority of our products can be ordered in single quantities!
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We usually operate on a 1-2 day despatch service however at certain times of the year this may increase, for example during a Tradeshow – the current despatch times will be displayed on the Order page.
Q. I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE – CAN I ADD TO IT?
Yes, it may be possible for your to add to the order, however it depends if the order has begun to be processed in our warehouse – please contact our sales team for further advise

Q. WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING SOMETHING?
On extremely rare occasions it is possible that when a product is manufactured a piece may be missing. If this is the case with your order just email email@example.com or call 0161 688 1226 for a replacement. Bear in mind that this only applies to UK based shipping addresses, including Outlying UK & Northern Ireland.
